LifeQuotes.co.za operates a life insurance comparison and referral service for the South African market. In terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), we act as the responsible party for the information you submit through this website.

When you use the quote form we collect your name, mobile number, email address, age band, smoker status, income band, desired cover amount and number of dependents. We also automatically record technical and marketing attribution data: your page path, device type, referrer, and any UTM, gclid or fbclid parameters present in the link you arrived on.

Your quote details are used for one purpose: to match you with an FSCA-licensed advisor or insurer who can quote on your requirements. Technical and attribution data is used in aggregate to measure which marketing channels work and to improve the site.

We share your quote details with the matched advisor or insurer partner only. We do not sell your information, list it on a data exchange, or recycle it to additional buyers. We use processors for hosting, database storage and analytics; they act on our instruction only.

We use Google Tag Manager and may load Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity for measurement. These set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block them via your browser settings or a tracking-blocker extension without losing access to the quote form.

Quote enquiries are retained for up to five years to meet financial-services record-keeping expectations and to prevent duplicate submissions, then deleted or anonymised.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to direct marketing at any time. Email hello@lifequotes.co.za. If you are not satisfied you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we apply measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.
